SIZZLING PALACE is a specialty restaurant serving a fusion of Filipino and Arabic halal food. And now, in an effort to further reach out and serve good, authentic, healthy food to the public, Sizzling Palace is launching BIRYANI BOYS, its line of halal Arabic specialties.
With our highly trained and experienced chefs, food selection experts, kitchen and commissary staff, guided by the core values and the vision of its Owner and Management, diners are in for a real treat. While spices may be imported from different overseas suppliers, all A-grade meat products and other ingredients are sourced locally to regulate pricing and to support our own homegrown suppliers.
All products are meticulously combined, well-prepared and properly cooked to halal standards to maintain their freshness and natural flavor.
